Mentor Coaching

If you are seeking ICF Credentialing or ready to move to the next level of the credentialing tier, Mentor Coaching becomes an important requirement to the ICF process.

According to the ICF, Mentor Coaching means: “a credential applicant being coached on their coaching skills rather than coaching on practice building, life balance, or other topics unrelated to the development of an applicant’s coaching skill.”

Mentor Coaching provides you with a seasoned coach who works with you to hone coaching skills leveraging the ICF Core Competencies.

As a PCC-level coach and seasoned coach instructor, I work with coaches seeking or at the ACC and PCC levels of ICF credentialing.  You can select to work in a group setting, with 3 of the 10 hours spent alone with me, or in a private setting to fulfill part or all of your mentor coaching hours with me.

Maureen’s approach to mentoring creates such a calming supportive environment, it’s easy to forget you’re being coached. She is able to zero in on the application of the ICF competencies and identify not just areas of opportunity but strengths, as well.  Maureen has been a major influence on my coaching development and has helped me to be more open and receptive to my clients, which I think helps them to feel more comfortable. I truly enjoy working with Maureen and hope to continue to do so.

“I wholeheartedly endorse Maureen as a mentor coach.  My skills at coaching grew tremendously in a short time.  She helped me locate and address my inner obstacles to increased coaching excellence.  The substance and organization of her mentor program, combined with her enthusiasm for the value of coaching and her own coaching manner, resulted in 100% satisfaction with my choice to retain her as my mentor.  I am a better and more confident coach for the experience.”
